Star Spangled Banner

Lindsey sang the Star Spangled Banner last night at the beginning of the Liberty basketball game. I hesitate to even blog this. Lindsey doesn't like to talk about it, but she did so well. It was beautiful and it was only the second time I've heard her perform voice. The first was last month when she sang "Angels We Have Heard on High" in church.
Lindsey has a beautiful voice. Her whole life she's walked around the house singing different tunes. Ever since she was 3 or 4 and walked around singing "AaaaaaAaAaaaa, AaaAaaaaAaaa" like Ariel in the little mermaid.
Amanda does the same thing and Jenny's been singing since she was little. She used to walk around and sing "I'm sorry mama. I didn't mean to hurt yououoooo. I didn't mean to make you cry so tonight, I'm cleaning out my closet." I never could understand what that was supposed to mean, and then, the other night, Christine was doing something in the girls' closet and bumped her foot. She said "Ow!" and Jenny said, "I'm sorry mama. I'll clean out my closet." Now I finally understand that song. :)
Having a bunch of women/girls in the house can get a little crazy sometimes. What, with all the fuss about hairbrushes, makeup and all the other stuff. But, it's sure great hearing all the girls sing.
