Tyson's first day on the board

Yesterday, I took Tyson and Tony boarding. It was Tyson's first time on the snowboard. After I gave him a quick lesson on how to balance on the board, we headed up the lift. This picture is from the first time he exited the lift.
Tyson took to the board quickly and before we knew it, he was heading down the mountain pretty well. He's not carving quite yet, but I was impressed with how well he was able to go toe and heel side without too much effort. By the third time up the lift he was getting down the mountain pretty naturally.
He'll be flying down the hill on his board in no time.
